Depression and Mood Disorders

Depression can feel like you are shutting down. You may have difficulty getting out of bed, or doing everyday tasks that usually are simple. You may low interest in activities that bring you joy, feel empty, and withdraw from friends and loved ones. Maybe you experience rapid shifts in mood from feeling low and fatigued to feeling energetic and excited without understandign why. Therapy can help you to reconnect, identify patterns and triggers in your life, and build resilience.

Our goals are to help clients increase their ability to connect to themselves and others, strengthen resilience, and promote healing.

Anxiety

Anxiety can make you feel like you are constantly worrying, that your thoughts race, or you find yourself experiencing obsessive thouhgts. You may feel restless or have difficulty concentrating and feel tension in your body. It is normal to worry sometimes, but if you find that your anxiety is shaping how you move in the world therapy can help put you back in control.
