She has over ten years of experience working with adults in all stages of life in non-profit and hospital settings. She specialized in working with people around trauma, eating disorders and disordered eating, chronic illness, and caregivers.

Sarah works with a person centered approach and knows that our minds and bodies both affect how we move in the world. She utilizes both "top-down" cognitive based therapies as well as "bottom-up" somatic therapies to work towards each individual's goals.
